Introduction
Welcome to Skypay, powered by Skybase Innovations Pvt. Ltd., registered and operating within the legal framework of Nepal. Skypay is designed to simplify the integration of multiple payment gateways for businesses, offering a unified platform for seamless transaction processing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
Acceptance of Terms
Accessing Skypay's services signifies your agreement to be bound by these T&Cs. If you are accepting these T&Cs on behalf of a business or another entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Your continued use of Skypay after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Service Description
Skypay provides a platform for Merchants to easily integrate and manage multiple third-party payment gateways. We facilitate the API and SDK integration but are not directly involved in the transactions processed.
User Registration and Accounts
- Merchants must register and create an account to use Skypay’s services, providing accurate and current information.
- Customers making payments through Skypay-enabled services are subject to the terms provided by the respective Merchant.
Integration and Use of Third-Party Payment Gateways
- Merchants are responsible for storing their third-party payment gateway API credentials in Skypay. While Skypay ensures the secure storage of these credentials, management and security remain the Merchant’s responsibility.
- Skypay is not affiliated with third-party payment services beyond facilitating their integration. Merchants indemnify Skypay from claims arising from their use of these services.
Prohibited Uses
Services must not be used for illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property, or any actions that could harm Skypay or its users.
Fees and Payment
Skypay may charge for its services. Merchants are responsible for all applicable fees and for ensuring compliance with the financial terms of third-party gateways.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property of Skypay and its software, APIs, and content is owned by Skybase Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Use of Skypay does not grant any rights to its intellectual property.
Data Protection
We commit to protecting user data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. By using Skypay, you consent to the processing of your data as described.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Skypay is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. Skybase Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of Skypay.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Skypay against claims related to their use of the service, violation of these T&Cs, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
